Investment Grade Financing Solutions – IG Structured Loans is an integral part of Uni Credit’s Advisory & Financing Solutions business within Client Solutions and provides a dedicated platform for our international corporate clients in Germany and Western Europe. Our team originates, structures, and executes complex financing solutions in the Investment Grade area such as acquisitions, bridge facilities and syndicated loans across all industries. Uni Credit is a leading financing powerhouse with consistent Top 3 league table positions in Europe.

What you'll be doing

A successful candidate will support us in all aspects of a transaction incl. i.a.:

Conducting industry and company research
Preparation of presentation materials
Preparation of investment committee / credit approval papers
Financial modeling and financial statement analysis
Preparation of marketing materials for syndication process

What you'll need to succeed

Study in Economics, Business Administration, Banking or related Finance/Business studies
Initial work experience in the field of Finance, Accounting, Banking, Investment, Fintech is a plus
Good written and spoken German and English
Comfortable using MS Office
Ability to work independently
Target-oriented and structured manner of work
High affinity for numbers and keen perception
