Join our team at DHL Supply Chain as a Global Sustainability Intern, where you will work alongside the Global Sustainability (ESG & Go Green) Programs Lead to drive engagement for ESG and Go Green initiatives across our organization. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our sustainability efforts and make a difference in a fast-paced international environment.

Your key accountabilities include:
Ensure timely delivery of the Internal Communications Plan, collaborating with relevant stakeholders such as internal comms and functional leads.
Prepare and share engaging posts and promotional materials (e.g., GIFs, posters) on Go Green & ESG for internal social media channels to raise awareness and foster community building.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of portals and webpages, enhancing your visual design skills.
Lead the Go Green community call, including preparation and identifying best practices.
Provide support in the preparation of events and leadership meetings, including team meetings, internal conferences, and awareness days like World Environment Day.
Dive deep into ESG data and reporting topics to derive insights and provide management recommendations.
What are we looking for from you?
Passion for sustainability and a keen interest in global and international issues.
Outgoing, proactive, structured, attention to detail, and creative mindset.
Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.
Previous practical experience (e.g., internship, working student, trainee rotations), preferably in a global role with senior stakeholders.
Good skills in Power Point and visual design; knowledge of video editing and visual design tools is considered a plus.

Qualifications
Must be currently studying for a bachelors or masters degree at an eligible university
