IT Technician - Zebra Printers (ZD60/21) Support in Cologne, Germany

We are looking for an IT Technician in Cologne who speaks German to provide on-site support for ZD60/21 Zebra Printers. This role requires individuals who are comfortable and experienced with Zebra Printers, specifically the ZD60/21 model. The selected candidates will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal performance of these devices.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support for ZD60/21 Zebra Printers.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to Zebra Printers.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure printers operate efficiently.
Collaborate with end-users to ensure proper setup and operation of the devices.
Maintain detailed records of support provided and issues resolved.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in German is mandatory (both spoken and written).
Proven experience with Zebra Printers, particularly the ZD60/21 model.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on hardware troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
