The position requires analytical skills in combination with a genuine service-oriented approach including the ability to anticipate changes and present recommendations to Management. You will deal with large, multinational enterprises / providers in order to ensure services meet our requirements and expectations.

What you`ll do
The position requires analytical skills in combination with a genuine service-oriented approach including the ability to anticipate changes and present recommendations to Management. You will deal with large, multinational enterprises / providers in order to ensure services meet our requirements and expectations.
- IT asset management for Germany
- Attending on-site IT equipment inventories and audits
- Contract management for managed IT services
- Identification and management of technical and contract risks
- Escalation management
- Claim management
- Use creative approaches to ensure strategic development of department specific strategy, execution and operational plans
- Monitoring of specific goals (scope, quality, availability) and continuous enhancements and adoption to new requirements
- Develop concepts for continuous improvements of processes and content
- Provide program & project management support for department specific projects
What you bring
- University Degree, in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable
- Experience in dealing with large, multinational enterprises / providers
- 5-7 years of professional experience
- Strategic and visionary thinking
- Data Analyst Skills
- Creativity in suggesting solutions
- “Can-do” attitude, thinking outside of the box
- In-depth skills in contract and asset management
- Excellent interpersonal skills – communicating with others, problem solving and decision making
- Ability to take ownership of assigned objectives set forth by management, even in situations with a high stress level
- Prepared to travel in / out of the country
- Fluent English and German language skills oral and written
- Familiarity with Microsoft Enterprise architecture
- Sound knowledge of communication / collaboration technologies and office network technologies
