Be responsible for translating new concepts and ideas into constructions

Under guidance from senior engineers you will learn to identify technical concepts, use specific tools for evaluation and make implementation proposal
-
As part of development teams, you will be assigned to development tasks which are time committed
-
Apply design of experiment (DOE) according to proposed concept
-
Use state of the art development tools for semiconductor development
What you will need
-
Master’s Degree in physics or electrical engineering
-
Experience in using TCAD tools
-
Basic knowledge about design of experiment (DOE) planning
-
Experience in device and process simulation
-
Understanding of semiconductor physics and processing
-
Knowledge about small signal / power MOSFET design
-
Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly
-
High level of motivation and willingness to learn
-
Strong team player and communication skills
-
Analytical skills
-
Business fluent in German and English, written and spoken
