TASKS WITH IMPACT
  • Technical consulting and onboarding of new Marketplace partners & integrators (Germany and international) from project kick-off until go-live
  • New feature & bug handling as well as internal & external Tech-Support
  • Collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders like brands & retailers, IT, integrators, logistics, pricing, accounting, sales & key account management.
  • Continuous optimization-focus on the technical Marketplace infrastructure & the partner onboarding process to reduce the partner time2online
  • Technical consultant for the Maketplace business teams and translator between business and tech teams
  • Striving for best-in-class solutions for technical challenges in a rapidly changing e-commerce environment

YOUR SKILLS
  • Understanding of E-Commerce & Marketplace IT (landscapes) with translation skills between business and tech
  • Knowledge of e-commerce processes, PIM & feeds; Marketplace integration is a plus.
  • Project management skills with internal & external stakeholders & strong communication skills in English & German
  • SAP or similar software knowledge
  • Passion for tech & strong solution-finding qualities
  • University degree or apprenticeship with focus on IT, E-Commerce or business administration
