- Talent recruitment and management.
- Establish a tiered progression system to assist talent growth.
- Responsible for boosting the talent’s performance by providing support at each step
- Maintain partnership relationships with key talents
- Coordinate streamer feedback for product iteration.
- Create frequent reviews and reports of the talents’ progression
Qualifications
What we expect from you...
- You reside in Germany and you are able to work as a contractor.
- Advanced level German & English language knowledge
- Experience in operation or talent management in streaming platforms or gaming talent agencies.
- Experience in working in streaming communities is a plus.
- Experience in fast-paced, partner-oriented environment where you gained insight of handling different personality types
- Experience in sales-oriented and quota-driven environments related to technology, finance, or advertising.
