We’re all work and all play – combining a fun-filled, social work environment with professional development and fulfillment. This is a full-time night owl position who will be available to work from 11pm - 7am.

You must:
- Be eligible or have all necessary documentation in which to be legally employed in Germany
- All Documentation required by any Local/Regional/National certifying or Governing bodies in which to operate legally within Germany
- Have an up to date/active bank account in your own name
- Be able to converse fluently in English
- Where live in accommodation is not provided. Have a fixed place of residence and live within a reasonable travelling distance of the hotel/bar
- Booking guests into the Hostel, advising on our offering and services
- Assisting guests with enquires and questions – everything from do you have a hairdryer? to when is breakfast serviced?
- Managing the Beds and Bars booking system, ensuring all office administration is accurate
- Ensuring an effective hand over to the day team
- Working with the management team on security and safety
- Advising guests on London attractions
- Previous experience in a customer-based role preferred but not essential
