Quality Consultant - Germany

Many of our Life Science customers feel that their current quality practices and systems do not support their business, and we as Epista’s Quality Application & Advisory Services team aim to change that. Our team consists of former Quality Professionals working together to support and challenge our customers to take on this ambitious transition.
We are expanding our service capabilities, so we're looking to add quality consultants to our team to help guide our customers through times of change. Whether you're an experienced quality professional or have just graduated with a degree in the Quality/Life Science area, we want you on our team.
Depending on your expertise and interest, you may work on:
- Quality & Compliance roadmaps – paving the road for continuous improvement initiatives
- Needs Analysis & System Selection activities – ensuring business needs are translated into system choices
- Business Process Analysis, Harmonization, & Optimization projects – enabling the organization to grow
- Quality Application Implementations (e DMS, e QMS, e LMS) – anchoring the business needs in the application design
- A Master’s degree
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Quality Professional in the Life Science industry
- High level of expertise in at least one of the following: Document Management, Event/Process Management (Deviations, CAPAs, Change Control, Complaints, etc.), or Training Management from a business perspective
- Outgoing personality that can facilitate working sessions with various different business experts within the Quality area
- Driven, result-oriented, ambitious, and can work independently
- A desire to continuously improve your clients, your colleagues, your company, and yourself
- Bonus: Experience in IT applications, such as e DMS, e QMS, or e LMS tools

As an Epista Quality consultant and a part of our highly skilled team, you’ll be working at the intersection of business, compliance, and IT. You’ll be involved in a wide variety of projects, primarily focusing on business process analysis & optimization and IT application implementation, where you will contribute with your Quality expertise. Much of your time will be spent with our clients - international pharma and fast-growing biotech companies. Your daily activities might include:
- Meeting with client’s Business Owners, Quality process experts, and key Quality stakeholders (“speaking the lingo of our customer”) to identify needs, visions, and struggles
- Preparation and moderation of workshops with cross-functional participants
- Involvement in project status meetings, status presentations, or Steering Committees
- Development of Quality & Compliance strategies, prioritizing tasks, projects, and efforts to bring our customers from A to B
- Creation of Business Process Analysis documents
- Screening of IT application vendors, performing functionality evaluations, and giving final system recommendations
- Supporting customers throughout a system implementation, so they can make the right configuration/system design decisions
- Drafting Quality Governance documents to improve daily operations
- Share your experiences and lessons learned with the Epista team to make sure we are all continuously improving
