San Crew Cleaning Services is hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented cleaning professionals to join our crew! We provide top-tier cleaning services for residential and commercial spaces in the Bay Area.
What We Offer:

• Base Pay: $500 per week.
• Revenue Share: Additional 15% of total job revenue shared between the crew (2x share for the supervisor and 1x share for the crew member).
• Tips and Bonuses: Crew members are eligible for tips and bonuses based on performance and customer satisfaction.
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week, with either Tuesday or Wednesday off depending on availability.
• Growth Opportunities: We promote from within, so there’s always potential to move up to a supervisory role.

Responsibilities:
As a part of the San Crew team, you will:

• Perform high-quality residential and office cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Work closely with the supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the client's satisfaction.
• Follow customer preferences for specialized cleaning plans and handle cleaning products with care, including non-toxic and allergy-sensitive solutions.
• Assist in move-in, move-out, and deep cleaning tasks, which may involve moving furniture or using specialized equipment.
• Communicate with clients to ensure all their cleaning needs are met and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliability and punctuality are a must.
• Able to lift moderate loads and handle physically demanding work.
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings.
• Valid work authorization.
