Sales Manager for Denmark

Your tasks:
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the danish market translating trends, ideas, customer feedback into actionable insights in collaboration with the Country Manager.
  • Directly engage with leads (phone, chat & mail), present our product offerings and convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation across the lead funnel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Attend relevant exhibitions and events to showcase our products, interact with potential customers, and increase brand exposure.
  • Stay informed about trends and developments in the Danish market for outdoor living solutions, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with the marketing, customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer experience.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress towards targets, reporting to the Country manager regularly.
You bring:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in direct-to-consumer sales, preferably in home improvement, outdoor living, or similar industries.
  • Native Danish speaker or excellent Danish skills.
  • High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation and achiever mentality.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools to manage sales and track performance.
  • Previous experience in setting up and leading a small sales team, with a proven ability to manage, motivate, and drive a team to achieve targets is a plus.
  • Prior experience attending trade shows or exhibitions is preferred, with the ability to represent the brand effectively.
  • Good English skills (C1 Level).
  • Strong customer and service orientation, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous process and workflow improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on growth.
