We, the Compensation & Share Programs team are responsible for all global compensation & benefits related aspects of DHL Group. This includes the central administration of various employee share programs, the coordination and running of merit, bonus and grading processes, as well as the functional responsibility for compensation & benefits IT applications. We are ca. 25 people located at corporate headquarters in Bonn, Germany, putting to life our HR aspiration of DHL becoming “employer of choice” and a “great place to work for all”.
Your tasks as Share Program Administrator (m/f/x)
- Centrally administer employee share programs for DHL Group as part of the central compensation team, incl. planning, design and optimization of globally consistent and smooth compensation processes
- Support the global, regional and country HR teams, as well as participants with complex requests and escalations regarding the employee share programs
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, e.g. on finance and payroll issues with local payrolls organizations or case resolution with the plan administrator
- Test, work with and improve Compensation & Benefits tools and applications
- Assist in the preparation of management documents, communication materials (incl. info sessions and preparing of onboarding materials), invoicing and reporting documents
- Support in the rollout of entities and countries on the employee share programs
Skills/qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration/ Finance / Economics or similar area
- Desirably first work experience or internships in an international environment/ international corporations
- Fluent English skills (C1/C2) necessary, other key global languages desired
- Knowledge of or interest in compensation & benefits and employee share programs
- Desirable/advantageous: First working experience with regards to international income taxation and/or payroll in an international environment
- High proficiency in the MS Office program suite
- Desirable/advantageous: first experience with automation tools (RPA, Power Apps, VBA) and/or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to work in an international team, openness and curiosity
- Above-average commitment and ability to work under pressure
- Strong service/customer orientation
- Strong communication skills: convincing, self-confident and assertive
- Strong analytical skills
- Interest in working in an international environment and in learning and developing new topics
- High degree of independence and proactivity
- Willingness to travel on business (at home and abroad) (< 10%)
- Extremely international environment with very diverse team from different cultural backgrounds
