What you'll do

Join our central team based in Walldorf (hybrid team setting) and closely collaborate with key stakeholders across the Cloud ERP organization
Drive the development and implementation of organizational change initiatives and strategic projects for one of the core units at SAP with more than 10.000 employees
Support the team in meeting preparation, workshop facilitation, moderation, and follow-ups
Create transparency through data analysis & change monitoring
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives
Being able to integrate technical knowledge with business transformation and change management strategies

As a student your working hours will be flexible with a maximum of 20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during the semester break.

What you bring

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: Business informatics / Psychology / Computer Science / Management or a related field (your motivation is far more important than your field of study!)
Computer skills: Very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Power Point and Excel, programing languages are a plus
Language skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus
Soft skills: Creative and curious, can-do attitude, reliable, team-oriented, ability to drive topics independently and open-mindedly, analytical
Others: First work experience gained (internship or working student position). Experience with transformation/change management topics is a plus. Skills in empirical research, data analysis or statistics are a plus.

The Cloud ERP Organizational Development team (within the Cloud ERP Transformation Office) is a highly motivated and collaborative team that drives strategic, people and culture-related topics across the Cloud ERP development unit. We are therefore right in the heart of SAP and operate with and for a unit that is shaping the future of ERP with more than 10,000 employees. The team is now looking for two working students to drive and support transformational projects.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
