Position Summary
As an Ancillary Specialist you will work within the Sales Air Content team which is the team responsible for making sure we are able to source all the flights in the world, as well as making sure our fares are bookable and combined to fit the customer’s every need. An Ancillary Specialist works with our sourcing and fulfillment of flight centric ancillaries and is responsible for making sure we are continuously working towards offering a high-quality product that gives customers what they expect, is fulfilled in an efficient way and optimizes ETG earnings. With a data-driven approach your work will revolve around identifying, communicating and acting on your findings to improve our sales and revenue.
By working within the Sales Air Content team you will work with a highly competent team that will enable you to become an expert within the area and build a career within the Air Content domain. You will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on our core business.

The position is based in Athens.
Responsibilities
- Identify and close coverage gap for each airline ancillary.
- Secure that fulfillment KPIs are reached.
- Activate and deactivate ancillaries.
- Troubleshoot and secure solutions on issues related to airline ancillaries.
- Stakeholding development initiatives related to increasing coverage and improving fulfillment.
- Steer fulfillment to the best method or partner, balancing the need for high quality and cost efficiency.
- Ad hoc analysis and investigations to support decision making and prioritizations.
- Degree ideally in a business or an analytical field
- Previous experience in a similar position is considered an asset.
- Previous experience of working with multiple stakeholders and communicating in a concise way
- Experience in a position where analyzing large amounts of data has been a part of your tasks
- A positive and results-driven mindset with a focus on quick and efficient delivery
You could also have:
- Experience of working with a GDS or an aggregator system
- Previous work with data visualization tools and/or tools for analytics (Qlik View, Looker, Excel etc)
