Our Hotels’ team seeks to fill the position of:
Baker/Pastry Cook

Will be reporting to the Pastry Chef

The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes

University Degree or Professional Diploma in a Culinary Arts with specialization in Bakery

Certification in HACCP by EFET Health Inspection Authorities

Working knowledge of ISO 22000:2015 or above

At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position in the hospitality sector, preferably in an international, luxury environment

Excellent command of the English language certified at minimum of Advanced level

Strong people and project management skills

Problem solving skills. A can do attitude is a must.

Organizing skills and coordination ability

Interpersonal communication skills, integrity and commitment

EU National or Resident of Greece
