#Your Role

Your role as a Cloud IT Project Manager will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding goals for clients and Deloitte, setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results. In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills in order to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.
During your tenure as a Cloud IT Project Manager, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Address client business challenges in the intersection of business processes and technology.
• Plan and execute IT projects throughout the different project stages: from initiation and planning, to monitoring and reporting project execution and finally to project closure.
• Develop and manage the Program and Project Plan in complex initiatives.
• Manage project dependencies and capacities.
• Deliver key messages with clarity and poise to instill confidence in C-level clients.
• Apply a global and diverse perspective to problem solving.
• Understand how business functions operate and how sector trends impact a client’s business.
• Communicate project expectations and results to all stakeholders in a timely and clear form.
• Gain expertise on best practice approaches in project management to improve the efficiency of project implementation and project communication.
• Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new projects.

#Winning Requirements

• University Degree in, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related field.
• Master’s degree in information technology or computer Science or Business Administration.
• Thorough understanding of Project Management methodologies.
• Certification/Accreditation in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince 2).
• Proven experience of at least 7 years in Project Management in IT projects preferably in the Financial Services (Banking and/or Insurance), Energy, Telecommunications or relevant sectors.
• Proven experience in large scale migration projects. Experience in on-premise to cloud data migration programs will be considered a plus.
• Experience in managing the full lifecycle of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Fluency with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and understanding of cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Experience with Project Management tools and good command of MS Project.
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle phases and techniques.
• Agile/SCRUM Software Development Process experience will be considered a plus.
• Experience in programming or systems analysis will be considered a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills in English.
• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable.
