We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) focused on Azure Infrastructure to join our Customer Success Team in Greece, Cyprus and Malta. As part of this role, you will be responsible for technical customer engagements, working in the most challenging and exciting projects, helping our customers make the most out of their cloud investments while getting their infrastructure ready for AI innovation. This customer-facing position is a hands-on technical role spanning across design, build, and operations with a focus on issue resolution to remove customer technical obstacles and adoption challenges. You will work with select customers to lead deep technical architecture discussions with senior customer Executives, Enterprise Architects, Platform Engineers and Developers. You will collaborate with a variety of internal and external teams to oversee implementation projects, ensuring technical blockers are timely removed and identifying new cloud transformation opportunities along the way.

Responsibilities

• Be our customers’ Trusted Technical Advisor by developing deep relationships with key customer IT decision makers and providing them with technical clarity and guidance with regards to hardening and improving their Azure estates and making them AI-ready so they are better prepared to harness Azure innovative services and execute on their business priorities.
• Be the Voice of the Customer through sharing insights and best practices and connecting with Engineering teams to remove blockers and enable continuous improvement.

• Use the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework to accelerate our customers’ cloud journey through proven practices and practical recommendations.
• Ensure the quality of our customers’ cloud workloads leveraging the 5 pillars of the Microsoft Well-Architected Framework: Security, Operational Excellence, Cost Optimization, Performance Efficiency, and Reliability.
• Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging technical subject matter expertise.
• Ready our customers Azure Environment for AI at scale.
• Apply Enterprise Architect mindset to collaborate across domains / solution areas and attach technical priorities to business outcomes.

• Demonstrate Self Learner mindset (learn it all vs know it all) through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals
• Engage in relevant communities to share expertise and learn from others to help accelerate your customers transformation journey

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND relevant experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
• Knowledge of the Well Architected Framework/Cloud Adoption Framework (WAF/CAF) with an emphasis on proactive resiliency including Networking, Zonal/multi-region, and Security, Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures with the services required to operate AI solutions at scale, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
• Business Acumen: The ability to convey the business needs and value of proposed solutions, plans, and risks to stakeholders and decision makers. This includes the ability to persuade and inform based on facts and alignment with goals and strategy.
• Trusted Advisership: The ability to build trusted advisor status and deep relationships across stakeholders (e.g., technical decision makers, business decision makers) through an understanding of customer needs and technologies.
• Situational fluency: Using self-awareness as a mechanism to interpret verbal and non-verbal cues to increase your ability to "read the room".
• Insightful listening: asking insightful questions to understand the customer needs, issues, business environment and drivers, and going beyond what is said.
