Our Hotels’ team seeks to fill the position of:
Cooks (Level A-C)

Duties and Responsibilities to include:
Support in the daily operations of our restaurants in breakfast, lunch or dinner shifts

The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes

University Degree in a Culinary Arts (or relevant Master’s degree)

Certification in HACCP by EFET Health Inspection Authorities

Working knowledge of ISO 22000:2015 or above

At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position in the hospitality sector, preferably in an international, luxury environment managing a team of 10 members or more

Excellent command of the English language certified at minimum of Advanced level

Strong people and project management skills

Problem solving skills. A can do attitude is a must.

Organizing skills and coordination ability

Analytical, numerical skills and attention to detail

Interpersonal communication skills, integrity and commitment

EU National or Resident of Greece
