Novibet is looking for a talented Corporate Responsibility & Communications Senior Specialist to join our dynamic team in our offices in Athens!

The Role:

As our Corporate Responsibility & Communications Senior Specialist, you will be the architect of Novibet’s CSR vision, crafting initiatives and shaping narratives that highlight our commitment to social impact and community engagement, while captivating the audience.

Your Mission:

• Develop and implement CSR strategies and initiatives, including ‘The Giant Heart Program’, for Greece and other countries of operation
• Create compelling content across various platforms—press releases, social media, microsite, etc., that inform the audience about Novibet’s initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate the success of our CSR initiatives, continuously refining them for maximum impact
• Work hand-in-hand with internal teams and coordinate external partners to integrate CSR initiatives into business operations and marketing campaigns
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders (i.e. Ambassadors, KOLs, media) to amplify our CSR efforts and drive meaningful change
• Contribute to the overall Corporate Communications initiatives and liaise with team members to implement Corporate Communications campaigns, events, and other activations
• Stay up-to-date with international industry trends, and best practices, and make sure to propose and/or incorporate them into Novibet’s CSR & Communications strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, Social Studies or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate Responsibility, Corporate Communications & PR, or a related role
• Strong understanding of CSR principles, best practices, and trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Greek)
• Experience in content creation and social media management
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Previous experience working in an agency will be considered a plus
