Creative Lead (on-site, Athens-based)

Job purpose
The Creative Lead will be a pivotal role responsible for driving the creative vision and execution of our brand across various platforms, to grow recognition of People Cert as an industry leader. This position requires an experienced copywriter with a strong background in concept development, implementation across platforms, and leading creative and production teams / suppliers.

Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
Any person who is engaged by People Cert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to People Cert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by People Cert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.
If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:
In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.

This position requires an experienced copywriter with a strong background in concept development, implementation across platforms, and leading creative and production teams / suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic campaign solutions ranging across all types of creative and content types; Connect the dots between marketing, ideation, art direction and design to ensure cohesive, effective and efficient campaign development from start to finish.
- Develop purposeful storytelling and thought leadership content that moves audiences across platforms and media, and promotional campaigns & concepts for social media, events, and other comms channels.
- Leadership of creative projects ensuring organizational efficiency, team capacity and rightsizing creative effort while maintaining the creative quality,
- Brief and collaborate with external Vendors that support creative development, content generation and localisation.
- Develop best practices to improve and level up writing skills, art direction, branding prowess and overall effectiveness across a broad range of brand equity campaigns and initiatives.

Ownership and understanding of creative budgeting, deliverables costing and ways to navigate small, medium and large-scale budgets and timelines;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in senior copywriter and creative leadership roles
- Deep background in creating 360 creative campaigns across many categories, personal experience working/leading across various creative functions - ideation, design, copy, video production and web.
- Strong project and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate, and organized approach, with an attention to detail. Ability to think strategically and creatively

- A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
- Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
- HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
- Financial background check
- Employment reference check.
In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
