Position: Customer / Tech Service Representative

Your Responsibilities:
Assist customers in Czech via phone, email, and chat

Solve customer problems and ensure their satisfaction

Collaborate with team members to improve client’s service

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

What You Need:
Fluency in Czech & English

Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities ️

A customer-focused attitude and ability to work well in a team

Familiarity with technology and various communication tools

Previous similar experience is a plus

Flexibility to work in shifts
