Our Supply Chain team is growing and we are on the lookout for a Demand Planner who will join forces and contribute to efood's endless growth journey. As a Demand Planner you will be responsible for preparing demand forecasts, monitor stock levels and maintain our efficiency high when it comes to replenishment for our darkstores. Your main goal is to optimize stock levels and ensure we have all the products we need in order to satisfy our customers’ needs.


What you'll do:

• 
  Prepare demand forecasts, initiate orders to the stores or store transfers and track reception by creating and managing POs
  
• Analyze current inventory status and update the ordering parameters in order to keep the correct inventory levels at the stores (# Out Of Stock or Over Stock) while ensuring high availability
  
• Coordinate with Store Managers and store personnel to ensure smooth workflow
  
• Maintain parameters of the replenishment model and make sure it is accurately input into the system, including lead times, reorder point, economic order quantities, suppliers minimum order quantities.
  
• Manage the relevant inventory in coordination with the category managers
  
• Compile timely and accurate analysis and reports of inventory and purchases forecasts
  
• Dispatch orders to suppliers and ensure proper tracking.
  
• Liaise with suppliers to improve collaborative forecasting planning and replenishment
  
• Safeguard the maintenance of appropriate and accurate records of in-stock and inventory position
  

What you’ll need:

• 
  Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
  
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and preferably in Retail or FMCG Industry
  
• Fluency in English (written and oral)
  
• Strong knowledge of MS-Office
  
• Good communication skills, team player, detail-oriented with structured mindset
  
• Data-driven, solution-oriented with a can-do attitude and a high sense of responsibility
  
• Comfortable working with senior-level executives and meeting specific targets in a fast-paced working environment
