About the position:
As a Demand Planner you will be responsible for the 12 months rolling volume forecast for the respected several small markets within our Region. You will focus on collaborative "bottom-up" planning with Customer Development, Brand, and Customer Supply Chain. Your main objective will be continuously improving forecast accuracy to deliver high customer service levels and simultaneously support the reduction of finished goods inventory. Moreover, you will lead implementation of any new S&OP tools/processes in association with Demand Planning Excellence. Our Region is the one of the most complex regions within the Company with its high number of markets, brands, cultures so for sure you can count on many exciting tasks!
On daily basis, you will analyze and generate weekly, monthly and long-term forecast, marketing and sales initiative and market trends. You will lead and participate in relevant meetings of the S&OP cycle with Marketing and Sales. As a main Planner you will lead the Weekly Demand and Supply meeting to manage changes in demand, optimize use of company resource. If needed, you will have to keep strong control regarding frozen ordering period. It will be very important to ensure that the forecast accuracy and bias is within target and optimize finished goods stock level by targeting close to zero obsolete stock. In addition, you will ensure integrity of the SAP master data file through timely data maintenance of finished goods item codes (active, inactive, NPIs).

So what does it take to be successful in this role?
You have more than 5 years of experience in Demand Planning or Operational Planning in multicultural and matrix organization.
You have great attention to details, with strong analytical skills and ability to maintain full overview. Moreover, you are self-driven and you can adapt and effectively act in ever-changing dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and people skills are essential. Fluent English is required as you need to communicate in English every day.
Proficient Excel knowledge is a must, knowledge of SAP is nice to have.
