Digital Business Analyst

As a Digital Business Analyst reporting to the Digital Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital initiatives aimed at optimizing product development, refining business workflows, and enhancing operational effectiveness. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend innovative digital solutions to address organizational challenges. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will facilitate the successful implementation of digital projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable business value.
Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements related to digital transformation initiatives.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs for digital platforms and applications.
- Evaluate existing and proposed digital solutions, assessing their suitability and alignment with business goals.
- Engage with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs, priorities, and pain points.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for proposed digital solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate activities with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
- Define test plans and scenarios to validate the functionality and performance of digital solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback collection to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop training materials and documentation to support the rollout and adoption of digital solutions.
- Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on new processes and technologies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Proactively identify emerging trends and technologies to drive ongoing digital transformation efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in similar or other relevant positions for digital transformation, including application analysis, development, or implementation.
- Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) can be advantageous.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent listener and empathetic communicator.
- Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems.
- Innovative thinker with a solution-oriented approach, agile in ways of working
- Effective written and verbal communication, technical analysis, problem solving, and investigative skills.
- Travel appetite.
