Due to continuous growth and expansion, Sunlight Group offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to attract a Digital Designer to join our Digital Marketing team at Sunlight’s Athens premises.
As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for supporting our company’s design needs and translating online Marketing strategies into effective and creative implementations. As part of our vibrant Marketing team, you'll collaborate with passionate professionals who are dedicated to driving our brand forward on a global scale. Due to continuous growth and expansion, Sunlight Group offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to attract a Digital Designer to join our Digital Marketing team at Sunlight’s Athens premises.
As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for supporting our company’s design needs and translating online Marketing strategies into effective and creative implementations. Key activities and responsibilities of this role include
- Produce digital design work and contribute to the alignment of the brand communication strategy across all touch points.
- Create high-quality responsive mockups that complement and adhere to brand guidelines and design patterns.
- Design campaign assets (website, email, digital media, etc.).
- Create videos for digital and phygital usage.
- Translate product positioning and Marketing strategies into effective designs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support the company’s designing needs.
- Ensure consistency of brand and creatives across all customer touch points.
- Produce wireframes and prototypes to demonstrate UI/UX improvements.
- Make data-driven design decisions to optimize aesthetics and user experience.
- Support new corporate sites’ design needs.
- Develop engaging presentations using Power Point and other presentation tools, ensuring that visuals and content align with brand standards.
- Leverage AI tools to create dynamic and interactive presentations that enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX design, Graphic/Visual design, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree in a relevant subject will be considered an asset.
- At least 2 years of experience in an advertising agency or in-house creative team.
- An online portfolio of completed design projects is required.
- Fluency in oral and written English.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) with strong video editing skills.
- Good knowledge of prototyping software (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point and experience in creating high-impact presentations.
- Familiarity with AI tools for presentation creation, such as Beautiful.ai, Canva, or Pitch, will be considered an asset.
