Due to increasing demand from our discerning clients, we are expanding our services to include full vacation planning, including accommodation booking and comprehensive travel management. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead the establishment of our luxury DMC operations.

As the Director of our Luxury DMC, you will be at the helm of creating and leading a new division that will cater to high-net-worth individuals seeking exclusive travel experiences in Greece. You will be responsible for assembling a talented team, building strong relationships with luxury travel agents in the US, and driving the overall strategy to position our DMC as a leader in the luxury travel market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the strategy to establish a luxury DMC in Greece, focusing on the needs of our high-end clientele.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, including sales, operations, and customer service professionals.
- Leverage your extensive network of luxury travel agents in the US to drive business growth and expand our market presence.
- Oversee the planning and execution of bespoke travel experiences, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and personalized services.
- Collaborate closely with local suppliers, hotels, and service providers to ensure the highest standards of quality and exclusivity.
- Manage the financial performance of the DMC, including budgeting, forecasting, and meeting revenue targets.
- Continuously innovate and develop new travel experiences that set our DMC apart in the luxury travel market.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury DMC or travel agency.
- Proven track record of building and leading successful teams.
- Strong connections with luxury travel agents, particularly in the US market.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the luxury travel market, particularly in Greece.
- Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and drive business growth.
