As Director of Revenue you will…

• Maximize net room revenue by managing booking channels, inventory, and rates.
• Analyze and adapt to changing channel distribution models and consumer booking trends.
• Design and apply the pricing strategy for each hotel to maximize Rev PAR.
• Oversee the reservations department, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
• Manage stay restrictions and tactics in alignment with demand factors and distribution channels.
• Lead daily configuration, forecasting, and decision-making processes using revenue management systems.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to discuss and execute changes in the distribution plan.
• Create budget and ensure that each hotel meets its goals.
• Monitor competition

Entry Requirements:

• Experience in the hospitality industry will be highly appreciated.
• Proven ability to manage revenue and reservations processes effectively.
• BSc in quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Management Science and Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or Engineering).
• MSc in Data Science/Business Analytics or similar quantitative field will be considered an asset.
• Expertise on SQL and/or Python and/or R will be considered an asset
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple distribution channels and adapt strategies as needed.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of relevant revenue management software and systems.
