Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire an Electrical Engineer, in Xanthi, Greece. The right incumbent
will be responsible for the design/development of battery energy storage systems for motive industrial applications. The role reports directly to Motive product development and application engineering supervisor and is based in Xanthi, Greece.

Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire an Electrical Engineer, in Xanthi, Greece. The right incumbent
will be responsible for the design/development of battery energy storage systems for motive industrial applications. The role reports directly to Motive product development and application engineering supervisor and is based in Xanthi, Greece.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Translate product requirements (user experience, features etc.) given by Product Management to Technical requirements and specifications.
- Creation of product documentation (product technical specifications, operation flow-chart, Test protocols/reports, RCA etc.)
- Participation in prototype assembly, implement and test of functional units and prototypes (battery systems)
- Technical consultancy to the existing products (support of claims, support of industrialization and production, etc)
- Collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines as required
- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
- A master’s degree on Energy/Energy Storage sector or industrial administration
- 2-3 years as an engineer in Energy/Energy Storage or industrial sector
- Experience in Product Certification Processes
- Experience in serial communication bus and protocols or measurement & control technology / system level modelling or Power Electronics can be considered as an asset
- Fluent in English
- Strong presentation and communication skills
