Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a structured and well-organized business environment.
- Proficient in ERP software and databases (e.g., Microsoft Business Central, Power BI, SQL, Jedox, etc.).
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of financial modeling, data visualization techniques, and experience with budgeting and forecasting tools.
- Advanced user of MS Excel
- Working with tight deadlines.
- Results-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly organized, self-motivated & adaptable
Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting and month-end process.
- Gather financial data from various systems and databases to prepare, validate, and analyze monthly internal reports.
- Analyze variance to monthly reporting, on budget and prior year values, to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Consolidate, review, and validate budget submissions for accuracy and completeness; collaborate with relevant managers for enhancements.
- Define reporting packages and dashboards to enable continuous measurement and optimization of business performance across key functional areas.
- Prepare standard reports, periodically, as well as ad hoc reports to support the controlling and forecasting processes.
- Support F&A team as needed and help with reporting and audit activities.
- Assist project teams when financial support is needed.
