Your Role as a German Customer Support Specialist:
  • Represent a global industry leader and be the face of a renowned brand.
  • Immerse yourself in a diverse and multicultural team.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Use your troubleshooting skills to resolve issues through open dialogue, documentation, and system tools.
  • Provide expert recommendations and solutions to common inquiries.
What Were Looking For:
  • Native-level fluency in German (C2 or higher).
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level).
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on listening and empathy.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with flexibility.
