German Customer Support Specialist

Your Role as a German Customer Support Specialist:
- Represent a global industry leader and be the face of a renowned brand.
- Immerse yourself in a diverse and multicultural team.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Use your troubleshooting skills to resolve issues through open dialogue, documentation, and system tools.
- Provide expert recommendations and solutions to common inquiries.
- Native-level fluency in German (C2 or higher).
- Proficiency in English (C1 level).
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on listening and empathy.
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
- A collaborative team player with flexibility.
- Fully paid travel to Athens.
- A 30-day hotel stay to help you settle in, with assistance in finding long-term accommodation that meets your needs.
- A 12-month renewable contract.
- Comprehensive health coverage, including private healthcare.
- Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
- Standard working hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
- Complimentary Greek language lessons.
- No fees for real estate services.
