TITAN Cement Group is currently looking for a passionate and experienced Group Corporate Communications Specialist to drive our Group corporate communications initiatives both internally and externally.
The position reports to the Group Corporate Communications Director and Managers. The working language will be English.

What you will be doing
- Project Coordination: Lead and manage communication projects that align with our company’s strategy and objectives
- Event Planning: Plan, budget, organize, and execute physical and online events.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with various teams to create compelling content for different communication channels, including media releases, social media posts, newsletters and corporate reports.
- Communication Materials: Create a range of communication materials for both internal and external audiences, such as videos, infographics, and presentations.
- Internal Communications: Coordinate internal communication processes
- Minimum five years of experience in corporate communications, for both internal and external audiences, ideally within a multinational working environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or Social Sciences.
- A postgraduate degree or qualification in related disciplines will be a plus.
- Fluency in English and Greek (both oral & written); proficiency in French is an asset.
- Very good knowledge of PC skills and MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Experience in implementing corporate communication plans.
- Experience working in a Media Office.
- Experience in planning, budgeting, and executing physical & online events.
- Experience in content creation for media releases, articles, social media posts, etc.
- Experience in creating communication materials, e.g. videos, infographics, presentations, reports, leaflets, etc.

- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple overlapping projects under tight deadlines.
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Advanced presentation and communication skills.
