We are currently looking for Head Waiters /Head Waitress to join the AstirTeam!

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Ensure a welcome and a quality service to customers
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Receiving orders and serving guests in a personalized way and with attention to detail
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
- Room Service
- Manage the payment process for customers e.g. (process cash or card payments ,collect the bill payment )
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in similar position, of at least 3-4 years in luxury hotels or restaurants in Greece or abroad.
- Good command of both English and Greek language is essential.
- Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- Excellent guest service skills
- Well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
