Your responsabilities:
- Respond to German- Speaking customers questions via phone, email, and messages about accounts, reservations, payments, and complaints
- Manage cancellation, modification requests, complaints, and refunds
- Help with Extranet account issues, reviews, and info requests
- Provide fast, accurate replies to keep customers satisfied
- You speak German in proficiency
- Intermediate English level (at least B2)
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team
- Possible start on 25.11
- Working schedule: Monday-Sunday 8:00 – 21:00 (Greek time - 8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week)
- Full time employment, 12 months fixed-term renewable contract
- FULLY Remote work system throughout Greece (also islands)
- Private Health insurance (in addition to standard insurance)
- Previous experience is not required, training is is provided at the beggining of work
- Online recruitment & hiring process
- 1430€ gross per month + 2 extra salaries per year
- up to 10% monthly performance bonus
- Holidays (weekends) are paid higher (according to the Greek law)
- Flight ticket sponsored and by the company
- Taxi will wait for you at the airport
- 4 weeks accommodation in a hotel
- Assistance with finding apartment - real estate agency fee covered by the Company
