Digital River is a company specializing in e-commerce, payment, and marketing services. They help businesses sell their products online by managing online stores, processing payments, and providing marketing solutions. This enables companies to reach a global audience and optimize their online sales processes.
✅ Your responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and chats
- Providing accurate and complete information using appropriate tools
- Achieving customer service goals and call quotas
- Documenting customer interactions and managing accounts
- Adhering to communication guidelines and regulations
- Base salary: €1,200 gross/month
- 2 additional salaries per year (+€2,400 gross)
- Performance bonus: up to €120 gross/month
- Anniversary bonus: €500 (once every 12 months)
- Daily meal voucher (Up Hellas Mastercard)
- Total annual salary: €17,300 - €18,740
- Fluent German skills
- Good English skills (at least B1) - for internal company use only
- Stable and fast internet connection at home
- Residency in Greece or willingness to relocate
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Interest in being part of a fast-growing, international company
- Start date: 17.10
- Fully remote work system from all over the Greece
- Permanent full-time employment contract under Greek labor law
- Working hours: Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–11:00 PM (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, rotating shifts)
- Private health insurance from the first day of work

- Paid two-week training at the start of employment
- Reimbursement of airfare after one month
- 4 weeks of free Airbnb accommodation upon arrival
