Principia is a producer and developer of renewable energy projects in Greece. The business manages a diversified portfolio of wind, solar, hydropower and integrated battery storage technologies to help accelerate Greece’s transition to a cleaner and more sustainable future. As of June 2024, its portfolio consists of 65 plants under operation with a total installed capacity of 566MW, and an additional 2 solar parks under construction with a total capacity of 11MW.

Responsibilities

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be acting as an interface between business units and IT teams to:

• Elicit, articulate, and analyze business needs for SAP, Business Applications and IT solutions.
• Create clear and detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and reports.
• Guide the implementation of new enterprise applications and digital solutions or implement the needed functionality to existing ones including SAP modules.
• Identify opportunities for improving business processes, efficiency, and productivity by leveraging on IT solutions.
• Create and implement management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels.
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of solutions development.
• Manage Applications Maintenance Services (AMS) contracts and budgeting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• More than 3 years of experience as Business Analyst in the IT Sector, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT Teams to develop system requirements & specifications.
• Familiarity with SAP applications/modules and user support will be considered an asset.
• Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in training and supporting users on new and existing systems and processes.
• Experience in the procurement of technology or services from IT vendors.
• Possessing related certifications like Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent, ITIL Practice Manager (PM), ITIL Managing Professional (MP) or equivalent will be considered an asset.
• Professional-level efficiency, written and verbal communication in English and Greek.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment contributing to a high-performing team.

• Analytical, Critical Thinking Skills and attention to detail.
