Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify and remove any obstacles that may be hindering the team's progress
- Track and report on sprint progress and ensure that the team is meeting its commitments
- Work with the product owners to prioritize the product backlog and ensure that it is well groomed
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment that promotes creativity and innovation

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum
- 5+ years PM experience in managing IT Projects
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, reasoning, organisational and negotiation skills
- Communicating with all levels of both business and IT teams
- Strong ability to multitask and to work tasks without daily supervisor interaction
- Self-starter – Proactive, investigative, willing to challenge assumptions and defend delivery timescales
- Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Understanding of the application development lifecycle
- Experience with outsourcing and external third-party suppliers/partners
- Insurance or financial services and digital transformation domain knowledge
- European language skills would be advantageous but not essential
