Key responsibilities
- Implementing and maintaining an effective filing system
- Maintaining the contact database up to date
- Ensuring all incoming calls are promptly answered, making clear and accurate note-keeping
- Managing all outgoing courier and postal services
- Hosting guests and meeting rooms set up
- Covering diary management when required
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Supporting the senior PAs as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Good computer literacy (Excel skills are essential)
- Prior experience in a similar role would be considered an asset
