We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our Commercial team in Marousi.
As a Key Account Manager, you will actively seek out and engage in opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive portfolio growth, both domestically (within Greece) and internationally. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our most valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and efficiency. As the primary point of contact, you will understand their business objectives and develop customized solutions to optimize their supply chain operations, contributing to long-term success and satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our Commercial team in Marousi.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, articulate the value of our services, and manage the daily workflow.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless fulfillment of client requirements.
- Collect and analyze data and forecasts to maintain service excellence.
- Stay informed on company services to support business growth and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage and resolve client complaints, developing preventative measures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify client trends, uncover opportunities, and develop new service offerings.
- Act as a client advocate, consistently working to improve the customer experience.
- Oversee client contracts, ensuring compliance and alignment with company goals.
- Prepare financial proposals and quotations, and participate in tender processes.
- Prepare and present monthly commercial reports.
- Actively participate in the development of the operating budget.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
- Passion for sales, hands-on mentality, eager to take initiative new opportunities and deliver targets.
- Strong understanding of contract logistics & freight forwarding industries.
- Deep & combined knowledge of logistics and/or intermodal services.
- Strong communication skills and ability to develop business portfolios.
- Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques.
- Experience of working on targets and KPIs.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Advanced business writing and verbal skills both in Greek and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM software programs.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. Degree in Shipping / Supply Chain / Logistics will be considered an asset.
- 7-10 years’ experience in a comparable role of managing portfolio in contract logistics & freight forwarding industries.
