Job Description
As Lawyer for Sales Market Greece, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts, supporting all departments of the company to jointly ensure compliance with applicable law of the activities of the Management Board and proxies of the Company and other companies of the Capital Group in the sales market Greece.
Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and giving opinions on draft agreements and other internal acts in the entire area of the company's operations in the region
• Negotiating contracts and other legal documents
• Representing the company in all types of proceedings and in non-litigious proceedings
• Substantive support for all departments of the company, collaboration across
• Making care of the compliance with applicable law of the activities of the Management Board and proxies of the Company and other companies of the Capital Group
• Ongoing legal advice, including providing explanations on the interpretation and application of legal provisions
• Cooperation with independent external law offices – located worldwide
• Supporting the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes
• Keeping records of contracts, powers of attorney, orders and other internal regulations, including control of their validity period

Qualifications

As a person, we believe you value having your own responsibility, a fast pace, teamwork, and straightforward communication with a flexible attitude.
What you need to succeed:

• A Greek law degree, Bar qualification or similar
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a lawyer in a law firm or legal department of a company
• Specific knowledge of contract law, commercial law, consumer law
• At least 5 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Very good command of English in speech and writing, including legal language
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
