At LPP GREECE we are looking for a LEGAL ADVISOR specializing in Commercial/Corporate Law based in our company's offices in Athens.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Η LPP GREECE που εδρεύει στην Αθήνα, στην οδό Άγγελου Πυρρή 5 & Ευήνου, ως Υπεύθυνος Επεξεργασίας επεξεργάζεται τα προσωπικά σας δεδομένα αποκλειστικά στο μέτρο που απαιτείται κατά την διαδικασία συνέντευξης και ενδεχόμενης πρόσληψης και έχει λάβει όλα τα κατάλληλα τεχνικά και οργανωτικά μέτρα για την προστασία των προσωπικών δεδομένων σας σύμφωνα με την ισχύουσα ελληνική νομοθεσία και τις διατάξεις του Γενικού Κανονισμού Προστασίας Προσωπικών Δεδομένων (ΕΕ) 2016/679. Τα δεδομένα που γνωστοποιείτε στην LPP GREECE μέσω της αίτησης σας θα διατηρούνται για τυχόν μελλοντική χρήση για χρονικό διάστημα έξι μηνών από τη λήψη τους προς αξιοποίηση μελλοντικής πρόσληψης. MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Legal support in drafting, analyzing, negotiating, and supervising the execution of commercial lease agreements for the company's stores according to corporate standards and applicable Greek legislation.
- Communication with property owners and shopping center managers, and providing legal support in the process of store construction and equipment contracts.
- Providing commercial and corporate legal advice to the company’s management and staff.
- Preparing legal responses to observations and complaints filed with the company.
- Ensuring the legality of contracts, agreements, and protocols concluded by the company.
- Reviewing or amending any existing company contracts as needed, in accordance with applicable law.
- Drafting and supervising the signing of corporate documents (Minutes, Articles of Association, etc.).
- Report to management any issues that could affect the company's activities.
- Update on changes in legislation and update company departments.
- Collaborating and maintaining direct communication with the company’s legal department in Poland.
- Law degree with a specialization in Commercial/Corporate Law.
- Experience in Retail Commercial Real Estate Lease Contracts.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Work experience in a multinational company environment is considered an additional asset.
- Experience in drafting corporate documents and contracts.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate and prioritize tasks.
- High performance and results-oriented.
- Excellent time management skills and adherence to schedules and deadlines.
- Excellent use of the English language, including legal and business terminology (verbal & written communication).
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
