Position details Position: Procurement Expert for Indirect Services, OPEX, CAPEX & Projects
Reports to: Operations & Business Development manager
Purpose of the Role: Oversees procurement activities across three European manufacturing plants, focusing on strategic sourcing, negotiations, and vendor relationships. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to support operational needs and ensure compliance with policies.

Position details Position: Procurement Expert for Indirect Services, OPEX, CAPEX & Projects
Reports to: Operations & Business Development manager
Purpose of the Role: Oversees procurement activities across three European manufacturing plants, focusing on strategic sourcing, negotiations, and vendor relationships. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to support operational needs and ensure compliance with policies.
Opportunity
- Lead procurement for indirect services and CAPEX, optimizing costs and managing high-value equipment acquisitions
- Negotiate terms and prices for operational expenditures and large-scale CAPEX investments, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Provide procurement support during project planning, developing strategies for Mega projects and Renewable Energy investments
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through effective negotiation, strategic sourcing, and supplier management, while fostering synergies within the Group for common suppliers
- Identify and onboard new suppliers focused on innovation, quality, cost, and sustainability, while maintaining strong relationships and monitoring performance
- Analyze procurement expenditures across plants to identify savings opportunities and develop energy hedging strategies to manage costs and mitigate price volatility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 2 - 5 years working experience in similar position
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and Power BI
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of German will be considered an asset
- Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
