Procurement Specialist

Your Role: As a Procurement Specialist at INTRALOT, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient procurement processes and optimizing costs across the Group. You'll be responsible for:
- Involving in the sourcing, purchasing, vendor relationship management processes for hardware, software and IT services.
- Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings while ensuring high-quality products and services.
- Conducting market research and benchmarking to discover new suppliers and ensure competitive pricing.
- Monitoring purchase orders, invoicing, and delivery timelines according to contract terms.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of procurement plans.
- Developing procurement strategies to maximize efficiency and achieve cost savings.
What You’ll Bring:
- Degree in Finance or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally in IT or Telecoms industries. Project management experience will be a plus.
- Strong communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach and flexibility, including willingness to travel internationally when needed.
