Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities: Main Accountabilities
- Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Titan’s products across primary market segments; Collaborate closely with the communication team to create compelling product material and other advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies, tools, and materials that enhance product sales
- Actively contribute on the development of all the product related sustainability initiatives of the Greek region.
- Conduct training programs to educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices
- Support the Business Development team in collecting data, assessing, and presenting new business propositions for approval, particularly in new product categories of interest to Titan.
- The role requires up to 20% travel, primarily within Greece
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the cement & concrete industry or relevant construction fields
- Strong technical knowledge in mortar applications and product performance evaluation.
- Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Self-Driven, with the ability to set and pursue goals that drive excellence, always in alignment with Titan’s strategy
- Passion for sustainability and a keen interest in developing environmentally responsible construction materials.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external parties
- Proactive attitude towards problem-solving
- Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written).
