Quality Assurance Associate - Portuguese speaking

Novibet is currently looking for a Quality Assurance Associate (Portuguese speaking) to join our Customer Care team in our offices in Athens.

Novibet, founded in 2010, is an established Game Tech company that operates in Europe (Greece, Cyprus, Ireland), the Americas (Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Ecuador), and New Zealand. With offices in Greece, Malta, and Brazil, Novibet is committed to delivering the best sports betting and gaming experience to an ever-expanding customer base.

Your role:

Monitor and evaluate a high volume of calls, emails, and chats
Discuss and explain feedback with the agents in meetings
Help agents improve their performance with specific instructions and constant support
Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

Good organizational skills, knowledge of goal-setting practices
Good knowledge of Portuguese and English
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
Problem-solving capabilities to create meaningful strategies to improve support quality
Ability to Coach & Develop other team members
Ability to multi-task and set priorities
Team spirit
