React Developer (5341/RDE/ESS/GR)

Location: Athens

Job Overview:
As a React Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining responsive, user-friendly web applications. Working closely with product owners, designers, and other developers, you will play a key role in the development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment, in a hybrid work environment combining remote and in-office collaboration.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement high-performance, responsive user interface components using React.js and related technologies.

Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Ensure best practices in code quality, optimization, and reusability, including conducting code reviews and supporting continuous improvement.

Work closely with product owners and designers to finalize user experiences and user interfaces, ensuring seamless and intuitive designs.

Take ownership of product features, writing technical documentation, and guiding less experienced developers as needed.

Contribute to task estimation and sprint planning, while ensuring timely and high-quality feature delivery in an agile team environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Hands-on experience in developing with React.js and building complex front-end applications.

Strong expertise in Java Script, CSS, and HTML.

Familiarity with single-page application (SPA) design patterns and best practices.

Solid knowledge of state management solutions like Redux or React’s Context API.

Experience with Git for version control and collaborative development.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience in designing and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.

Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine is a plus.

Understanding of user interface design principles.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and guide junior developers where necessary.

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality products.
