PLANET S.A. is looking for enthusiastic, highly skilled professional to join its International Business Development Team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience with Donor funded business acquisition activities, be self-motivated, should have a positive thinking and a ‘can do’ personality with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Scope : Contribute in the business acquisition efforts of international donor-funded projects in the geographic regions of interest for PLANET S.A. through the identification and recruitment of highly skilled experts. The candidate will be used to working in complex, simultaneous tasks within tight deadlines, skilled at building relations with stakeholders across and outside the company.
Responsibilities

• Supervise recruitment process for donor funded (ie EU, EIB, World Bank etc), technical assistance tenders
• Source candidates by using company database and other tools
• Evaluate CVs as per tender requirements
• Organize and manage CVs database

Requirements

• University degree preferable in engineering; postgraduate studies would be an asset
• A minimum of 5 years experience as a Recruiting Manager or Recruiter for offers for one or more of the following international donors: European Union, EIB, EBRD, World Bank, USAID, United Nations etc
• Expertise in bid processes, knowledge of the bidding environment, including key actors and donor processes and systems
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English; knowledge of French is considered an asset
• Ability to work on own initiative and interact as part of a highly motivated team; multi-tasking personality
• Experience of working within a team and following instructions
• Ability to prioritize and plan to effectively achieve goals and to be dependable in consistently delivering reliable results within deadlines
• Demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism, ethics, quality and integrity
