Avis Greece is on the hunt for an exceptional Revenue Management & Pricing Analyst who will work with data from a variety of internal sources and external from competitor pricing data. The position requires consistent communication with other departments, data gathering and analysis as well as managing tools and processes to enable high quality revenue management.

Requirements
Your Mission:

• Monitor revenue, expected revenue & reservations, the competition, the fleet, seasonality, the brand & plan for the purpose of changing prices

• Identify and examine markets, geographic regions, competitor pricing, monitor Industry Trends and determine Pricing & Marketing Strategies

• Participate in the design and implementation of the revenue plan & KPI’s of RAC

• Participate in the creation of promotional actions and products, monitor their implementation and the appropriate parametrization of the leasing computer system

• Support the development and maintenance revenue management process’, tools and strategy delivery through current system analysis & data profiling

• Monitor the availability and utilization rate for each region and group and oversee the progress of target achievement and indicate actions for improvement to the director of each region

• Manage the database of the Rental computer system and optimization of the systems for their more efficient and optimal use

• Communicate and keep relationship with key stakeholders in other departments

What Spells Success: Your Qualifications

• Educational Background: University degree in Finance or Business Administration. A master degree or any other professional certificate will be considered as an asset.
• Experience: 1 - 3 years of working experience in revenue management.

• Analytical Skills: Excel in using MS-Office applications with emphasis on Excel.
• Team Player: Exhibit a strong team spirit, ethical conduct, and reliability while also being capable of working independently.
• Effective Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple ongoing tasks with shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Analytical Thinking: Showcase advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Initiative: Be proactive in suggesting improvements and taking the initiative.
• Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
