As the official representative of Opera software in Greece, we specialize in offering cutting-edge technologies that empower hospitality businesses. We are seeking a driven Sales Key Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by promoting our proprietary software and Opera solutions to major hotel chains and F&B companies.

Role Summary: The Sales Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key client relationships within the hospitality sector. This role involves traveling across Greece to meet with major hotel chains, resorts, and F&B companies, presenting our software solutions and building strong, lasting partnerships. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, highly knowledgeable about hospitality operations, and eager to represent leading software solutions in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the hospitality sector, focusing on major hotel chains, resorts, and F&B companies. Promote our software solutions, including Opera, to drive business growth.

Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and providing tailored software solutions to enhance their operations.

Sales Presentations & Product Demos: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our software solutions, aligning them with the unique needs of each client.

Negotiations & Contract Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including price negotiations, proposal development, and contract management.

Market Insights & Strategy: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance our solutions based on client needs.

Travel & Client Engagement: Travel extensively across Greece to meet clients, attend industry events, and represent our company at trade shows and conferences.

Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Sales, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality or software industry. Prior experience with hotel management software, especially Opera, is highly desirable.

Skills:
Proven success in sales and key account management, with a strong track

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade key decision-makers.

Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including hotel and F&B operations.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing multiple accounts.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and familiarity with Opera software or similar hospitality management systems.

Language Skills: Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.

Travel: Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Greece.
