Role:

As a Senior Marketing & Ops/ Strategy Leader, you will play a critical role in driving our marketing strategy and shaping our operations. Working closely with the CEO, you will define and implement key initiatives that are vital to our goal of transforming the elderly care space across Greece and Europe.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a unique blend of marketing expertise and broad business acumen and entrepreneurial background, capable of executing across multiple functions - from strategy and operations to hands-on marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Spearhead marketing initiatives, from brand positioning to B2C marketing efforts, driving growth through performance marketing, business development, and partnerships. From inception to delivery.
• Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO to define and execute the company’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with our mission.
• Operational Oversight: Lead and optimize all operational aspects of the business, driving scalability and efficiency.
• Product Development: Collaborate on product strategy and hands-on development, ensuring that our platform meets the needs of our users.
Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team that shares our values and drive.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 7-10+ years in senior leadership roles, with substantial experience in entrepreneurship/ startups/ scaleups, senior marketing roles, MBB management consulting or similar, fast-paced, environments within over-performing teams.
• Hands-On Expertise: Proven track record in B2C marketing and growth, with hands-on experience in areas like branding, performance marketing content strategy, customer acquisition and SEO.
• Passion for the Elderly space: A genuine interest in making a difference in the lives of the elderly and a commitment to improving care standards.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A founder’s mindset with a relentless drive to build, innovate, solve problems and build from the ground up.
• Execution Excellence: The ability to independently design and execute key initiatives E2E.
• Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate vision into action.
Adaptability: Comfortable navigating the ambiguity and rapid changes of a startup environment.
