As an EY Logistics & Fulfilment Consulting Professional, you’ll use your analytical insight to drive clients’ global business performance and sustainable growth, leveraging on EY’s Supply Chain Transformation framework and Logistics Engineering methodologies.



Working as part of a high-performing team, you’ll deliver exceptional client service and help leading organizations improve their Logistics & Fulfilment operations (logistics, warehousing & fulfillment, transportation, distribution, reverse logistics and related back-office operations) within a variety of sectors, including Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Consumer Products, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, Homecare, Mining & Metals, Energy and Transportation.

As a Logistics & Fulfilment Consulting Professional, you will build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers using your technical knowledge and experience to provide the best outcomes. Your key responsibilities

As a Logistics & Fulfilment Consulting Professional, you will take part in demanding projects with local, regional and global reach, and you will:
  • Take part in client meetings and interview client stakeholders to understand their business requirements and strategic objectives
  • Perform data analyses with advanced analytics tools to understand current state and to identify areas of improvement
  • Gather & analyze benchmarks and leading practices from all Global & Regional sources of EY network and define clients’ SC of the future
  • Develop and model innovative future state scenarios, collaborating with an extended eco-system of internal and external partner.


Provide solutions in the areas of:

  • Design and re-design of Distribution / Fulfilment Centers
  • E2E Network and Flows Design and optimization
  • Inventory management optimization
  • Transportation / route planning
  • Supply Chain Process Optimization / Re-engineering
  • Supply Chain Transformation
  • SC visibility
  • E2E SC Optimization in terms of efficiency, cost, carbon footprint, H&S and other related areas
  • Staff productivity increase / productivity optimization

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • At least 2 years of combined working experience in Management Consulting and/or Logistics & Fulfilment-related roles in a corporate environment, for entry level consultants. For senior and managerial roles, additional experience will be evaluated accordingly.
  • A bachelor and / or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Operations Management, Operational Research, any Engineering or Business domain degree, or other related field with strong quantitative focus
  • Experience in a business environment and very good understanding of SC processes
  • Advanced skills in MS Office applications
  • Good knowledge of any data analytics, modelling and SC simulation or optimization tool, will be considered a plus
  • Handling and analyzing extensive data sources and large data sets skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek; Similar skills in other languages will be considered as a plus


Ideally you will also have knowledge of*:

  • Auto CAD (2D/3D)
  • Data Analysis and Business Intelligence Tools (TIBCO Spotfire, Power BI or any other relevant tools)
  • Programming languages used for Statistical analysis and modeling (R, Python or any other relevant languages)
  • Network Design tools (e.g. Coupa Supply Chain Guru/ Llamasoft, Anylogistix, AIMMS or any other relevant tools)
  • Modelling, simulation and Analysis Software (e.g. Flexsim, Simio or any other relevant tools), for E2E SC optimization
  • Transportation Management Software
  • Warehouse Management Software
  • Yard Management Software
  • Freight and Shipping Software


  • Any of the above is not a pre-requisite but will be considered a plus.
